In order to increase the plasticity of alumina ceramic rollers, meet the size and corrosion resistance in use, hot pressing process is indispensable in production. There are three aspects of treatment measures:

1.The purpose of pre-pressing treatment is to prevent defects such as core overlap and seam separation caused by displacement of alumina ceramic rollers when they are loaded into the inner plate of the hot press. Before hot pressing after billet formation, pre-pressing should be carried out at room temperature to bond the alumina ceramic rollers into a whole material.

2.Hot-pressing treatment, using hot-bonding process, its hot-pressing temperature is about 140 oC, unit pressure is 2.5-3.0 MPa, hot-pressing time is calculated according to the finished thickness of alumina ceramic roller.

3.Three-stage decompression is the post-hot-pressing process. The first stage is from working pressure to "equilibrium pressure", the second stage is from "equilibrium pressure" to zero, and the third stage is from zero to ceramic riser to complete opening, in order to prevent "bubbling" phenomenon.

After the above three hot pressing treatment of alumina ceramic rollers, the requirements for use will be met to the greatest extent. Ceramic riser tubes need to be clamped in many occasions. If this work is not done enough, it will cause a lot of trouble in the later stage. So it is very necessary for us to have a detailed understanding of this knowledge.

Connection steps of ceramic tubes

1. Broken pipes: Cut off the pipes according to the required length. When breaking the pipes, do not use too much force to prevent the ceramic riser from losing its circle.

2. Deburring: After cutting off the pipe, the burr should be removed clean to avoid cutting the sealing ring.

3. Marking: In order to make the ceramic riser fully insert into the fitting socket, the insertion length must be marked at the end of the pipe.

4. Assembly: The sealing ring should be installed in the groove of the ceramic riser correctly, and the pipe should be inserted into the socket of the fittings, waiting for pressing.

5. Pressing: When pressing, the protruding part of the pipe is placed in the concave groove of the die, and the clamp is perpendicular to the pipe axis.

6. Inspection: After the crimping is completed, special gauges are used to inspect the crimping dimensions.

When using alumina ceramic rollers, it is likely to be harmed by noise, which will have a bad impact on people's lives. This requires us to deal with it. Next, we will explain how to eliminate the noise of alumina ceramic rollers.

1. Two 45 degree elbows are connected and piers are installed at the bottom of alumina ceramic pipe to prevent settlement. The piers must be located at the lower end of the axis of the riser, and the whole elbow part is wrapped up to make the water in the riser fall into practice.

2. Adding special sound-absorbing material to reduce the noise of ceramic riser.

3. In order to reduce the noise at the bottom of alumina ceramic pipe, some blankets or rubber cushions can also be placed inside the clamp of the bottom riser to tighten properly, so as not to hinder the expansion of the riser, so as to eliminate the noise of some pipes.
